(INCREASE $$$) Are your colors too bright, and eye fatiguing?

Maybe you've never paid much attention to the colors of your website, or
your AdSense ads. In my experience, a lot of people make these two common
    mistakes.

    1. They use eye fatiguing colors. Ex: 17 Magazine.
    2. They use the general blue color for their adsense ad titles.

Here's the thing, #0000FF is actually extremely fatiguing
on the eyes, opposed to something like this: less fatiguing color.

Just look at the colors next to each other. Which is easier to read?
    Normal Blue or Navy Blue

What you need to do to get MORE CLICKS!
Your users want a site that not only blends, but they want a site that does
    NOT hurt their eyes.

    * To get more AdSense clicks, blend your ads with the colors of your site's banner.
    * Also, make sure your site's colors aren't fatiguing on the eyes.

More Examples of Good and Bad Sites:
As you look at each site, take notes of the ones that are less harsh on
your eyes. If you decide to change your site's colors, pay specific attention
to how much easier it is to stay on a site when it's easier to read.

    Bad: http://www.davesdaily.com/
    Good: http://www.facebook.com/

    Good: http://www.askthebuilder.com/ (navigation's a little fatiguing)
    Bad: http://www.perezhilton.com/
    Bad: http://www.vipflux.com/

By making your colors less fatiguing, you'll decrease bounce rate,
and increase adsense ad clicks... thus, making you more $$$

(this has been TESTED & PROVEN to work!)

After reading your post everyone frantically went to their sites to change the adsense to less fatiguing colors. Myself, I can't stop using these colors to make spastic looking websites. Like this flip ultrahd price comparison page. I definitely agree with you and will make those adjustments on my next build. Just hate to back up and redo everything.

Thanks. I like the askthebuilder.com's color. But I have to mention one fact.

Some times, controversial colors like white background ads in black background websites works... This is true and I have seen in numerous cases.
