I thought Alexa Ranking is totally opposite with Google Page Rank.
My Google Page Rank increase but my alexa ranking keep on drop .
I believe i need work more on it to increase my alexa ranking.

I'm confused by tips 3-6. I thought that Alexa rank measured traffic and nothing else. Fresh content might help you get more traffic, but I don't think Alexa is directly looking at how fresh your content is. They do list links to your site, but I don't think it's a factor in the ranking.

There are some great tips here, thanks for sharing. I didn't really look into it, but I didn't know you can "claim your site" on Alexa. I haven't heard much about doing this.
