    Any traffic/revenue to speak of?
    Do the links in the sidebar (US Casinos and Cyprus properties) have to stay?
    How is the site managed - is it static page or dynamic and is there an admin panel?
    How easy is it to change the site to use a different PayPal account?
    How much are you looking for? ('inviting offers' could mean anything if you don't provide a ballpark figure).

    Traffic/Revenue is mostly from people who are looking for services or place order. At present, its about 300 unique visitors/month.

    The links in sidebar, are to renew on 26th of the month, so unless renewed, they do not have to stay.

    Site is managed through admin panel of a CMS - Etomite http://etomite.org

    Its very easy. Just need to edit paypal account on order forms. I can explain that once sale is made.

    I have not set up any figure, but i am expecting healthy $xx to cover for domain, content atleast above $40
