Incorporating (S-Corp) and Payment Processing For Multiple Ventures...

I'm in the process of setting up several websites, all with a similar format. For the sake of argument, let's say up I'm setting up several webstores, that sell products from several niches.

My question is, does it make more sense to set up several corporations, with the name of each website, and then different payment processing accounts, or one corporation, with one payment processing account for all of them.

For example, say I were going to start the following stores (I'm not, just as an example):

    MarketingHatter.Com - Marketing software products.
PianoHatter.Com - Piano supplies and products.
    OrangeHatter.Com - Oranges and orange juice. ;)

I *think*, if I set up Hatter Retail, Inc., or something similar, and processed credit card payment so they show as "Hatter Retail, Inc" on credit card statements, people would be able to make the distinction, etc.

Thoughts? Experiences with issues such as this?

    Thanks!
    Mike

I think you should sell this under one roof.
This is to better management and more easy to promote

Payment processing accounts can be very expensive. You are much better setting up just one account. I haven't had any trouble with people not knowing where the charge came from. If the website/company names are very dissimilar you can just put
"xyz company will show up as ABC corp on your bill". or something similar on your payment screen.

    Works for me!
