incorporating offshore...

    Your best bet on such an undertaking is to go to a lawyer locally and work from there.

    Personally would not bother with any site online that says they will do this for you.

    This maybe a long shot but yfs1 might know or at least know what you need to look at. I think he has experience in setting up business in the States & Ireland so this maybe something crazy he would know as well.

    Yeah but I wouldnt be surprised if yfs1 knows, he seems to be full of all sorts of knowledge when it comes to business (I think).

    "offshore" as in a tax-free haven or a place where you can setup a casino?

    or "offshore" as in India for lower labor costs? If you're talking about India then I'm in the early stages of getting one established ... hit me up with a PM if it's relevant to you.
