    I will be selling this site for the best price I can get.
    It is ranked (right now) for the word incorporate
    #10 on Google
    #7 on Yahoo and MSN
    Currently it earns about about $1600 in revenue per month of which between 1/3 and 1/2 is profit.

    If a ranking in the top 5 were achieved, it would be earn much more.

    We have been averaging just under 1000 visitors per day according to webalizer and a little over 4000 pages viewed per day.

    Orders MUST be processed by an accounting or law firm, and the profit is between 1/3 and 1/2 depending on the order.

    I could imagine starting as low as $10,000. We have invested far more than this amount on the site.

    Would the buyer have to find a law firm to work with or do you have an established relationship that would be passed on to the buyer?

    It should be quite easy to develop a relationship with someone that could do it.
    Actually, most accountants know how to do everything that is needed. I'll be happy to get you going on finding someone to process the orders.
