    Hi all,

    I am thinking of incorporating a firm. So what should be the main guidelines for me. I want to be able to have copyrights and all that stuff on that name.

    Please let me know. What steps I should follow, What should I watch out for and other tips.

    Yeah I did it. But they are not aware of digital goods and things like that. I live in India and here there are very less lawyers who can handle this kind of situation.

    I know that Members over here who has experience with this kind of things will be knowing more then that lawyers we have here.

    That's why I am asking for help.

    There are firms that specialise in Trademark, copyright laws and related matters.
