I have set myself a target of getting to $1 a day on one of my sites. I know it is not a high target, but I am trying to build my earnings effectively. The issue I have is that for about three days in a row I will get $1+ from several clicks, then for a couple of days I will not even get a click! Does anyone else have this type of inconsistency, is there something I can do to combat it?
Dude, you've been misled along with others to believe that Adsense earnings is steady. You can earn $15 one day, and then $2 the next. The only way to "stabilize" your earnings is to get "more traffic." Here again, let me tell you that traffic is not some bottomless pit that you and the million other Adsense publishers can always "dig" out from. And here again, "targeted traffic" is more helpful than a bucketload of untargeted traffic. You want to improve your earnings? Get more traffic.... Were you expecting any other answers?
i find if you post articles that point towards your site in high population sites, youll get a nice tille traffic boost, such as digg and reddit
I have had sites earning $20 one day and nothing the next, you cant make people search for things lol this is very natural, for example something may appear on tv that makes many people search for something and your site will do better... there are way to many reasons behind this, you just need to work harder.

My project is very new, I am trying to earn $1 a day for a month, then I will up my target to $5 a day etc. I am currently on $0.67 so far today!
If want more traffic then improve your backlinks. It will bring traffic to your site. More backlinks = traffic = earning So quality backlinks = high earnings
