Inconsistent data entry issue

    Hi Shawn

I was adding a few new keywords tonight and came upon a wee niggle that I thought I'd mention.

I've just moved my personal content to a new url so have moved over all my keywords. When I did it I used the bulk add tool and whether it was my data entry or your system I don't know but the url was put in a http://sarahk.pcpropertymanager.com/ which works fine. I went to add 2 more as http://sarahk.pcpropertymanager.com without the slash and your tool treats them as 2 separate domains so they get 2 entries on the drop down list. This affects me because I use the drop down list method of viewing results rather than "All".

It wasn't a big deal because I just deleted the entries and reentered but maybe it's something that could be standardised?

Well the only way to do it right would be to spider the page on the backend and see if the server redirects it to a different URL. For example, http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords and http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/ There is no way to know if keywords is a directory or a file. But the server will (typically) redirect to the correct URL if it's a directory to the right URL.

Not only that, it would mess people up who have entered their URLs without the slash (like me for example... I simply enter the domain). So it wouldn't work for people not entering the full URL as well...
