Inconsistant PR across servers. What does this mean?

Someone told me that one of my PR5 sites is showing as PR4 on their toolbar so I went to iwebtool to check my PR.

Some servers are showing PR4 some are showing PR5.

    What's the deal?

I really hate to start anything but is there an update?

On August 24th, some sites started to update. Some new ones got PR, some old ones had PR change - which seemed to be a good thing, since that has not happened in a year. The older sites that got updated dropped 1. It froze. The results can still be seen for those domains, save mattcutts.com...

You will probably notice the same pattern as this site for yours:

What it means is google is screwed up, and they know it. But they are willing to make an exception for google employees, and fix the PR. :D

Yep looks the same as my site.

So I'll know in the morning if I was a winner or a loser.

    Thanks for the clarification.

Chances are that in the morning it will be the same...

I think it may take a bit. Something isn't right, they rolled back some backlink results as well.
