Income Tax With Adsense

I currently run a website and have no other form of income apart from adsense (£1500 per year ish). The site is growing quite fast and i was wondering if i have to register myself self employed or as a business or anything? Im also thinking about moving into e-commerce soon as well if that makes any difference.

Any info on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

In GB, I believe you are required to register. In the US all is fine as long as you pay your taxes.

Does anyone know if i need to list google in the section where it says the following in the uk self employed form..

"If you are,or will be, doing all your work for one person or firm, please enter their name and address."

and can i just leave the business section of the form blank or do i have to register a business if i become self employed?

the tax threshold in the UK is £5kish, so you dont need to worry about taxes til you get up around that figure in all income

There is at least one thread that I posted in where a member from GB stated that you have to register with ??????????? (some office).

Search for it. The topic has been posted more than once.
