The same rules that apply to a Resident Individual. If your adsense income exceeds the Income Tax exemption limit, then you have to pay tax as per the prevailing tax norms. You can always claim exemptions by showing expenses or investment proofs (allowed by Income Tax Act).

I mean How to pay tax to Indian Govt ( I know google just ask to USA people)

Suppose I have income of 4,00,000 Indian Rs
and Tax limit is 2,50,000 Indian Rs
But I also have expense like Web server, Net Bill, Electricity bill, and Employee salary and suppose it's 2,00,000 Indian Rs

So my total income is 2,00,000 which is less than tax limit, but Issue is how to make balance sheet and give proof to govt about that all things?

    please guide step wise

Depends under which Income head are you showing the online income. If you are showing it under Income from Profession then you can claim those expenses. If you show it under Income from other sources then you can't - this really depends on your major source of income. I suggest you consult a tax consultant. They will charge you around 500 bucks but will advise you and file the returns for you.

You have no idea about IT laws in India then. Adsense income is taxable after it crosses the exemption allowed by Indian IT laws.

IT Department charges Service Tax to Google since advertising online comes under service income head as per Indian IT Law.

I think you should consult your local CA for this. He can help you to clear all your doubts.
