Income earning domain value?

    It made 152 from adsense in 2 months
    Then I had theads down for a month while I did some work.
    Now they are back up and has made 25 in about 9 days.

    The domain has been around since March.

    How are you attracting that traffic? Its so new, and not a natural type-in.

    The answer will help an appraisal.

    The reason the traffic is so important is that you're getting amazing traffic after only 2 months. One would have to assume that that traffic is accelerating rather than slowing or stable. So, first of all I wouldn't sell it if I were you, and I would hope you'd hold out for $3000 or so assuming you can demonstrate to the buyer that the traffic will stay on course.
