Btw, the software also includes a bulletin board and many other features to keep track of everything happening around you. But, to best explain it, visit the site and try out one of the demos. It was completely custom coded in asp.net and is a very flexable peice of software. Hosting and setup is included in the price.
A small license costs around $450. I was asked by alot of people. It depoends mostly on the size of your organization.
