Incentives Site for sale

I'm posting this again because my last thread did not explain the situation enough and people got confused. So here goes again:

I'm selling www.mycashempire.com, which is an incentives website which runs off of the project-rafs script, which isunique to my domain name, as you need a unique license in order for the script to run on your site. I am not transferring the script alone, I am selling the website as a whole, which comes with project-rafs loaded on the website (which functions uniquely with the domain name).

The site runs off of members completing offers and referring friends to also complete the same offers. Right now I have different affiliate programs that are absolutely free for the members to complete. Each offer pays anywhere from $1.50 - $3.00 per completion. I have it set up with commission junction affiliate programs, which you can sign up at cj.com and get. Members advertise for you, but you can also do free or paid advertising yourself to spread the word more quickly.

The site has 201 total members, 174 of which have activated accounts. I have only had to give one member free cash, so everything besides $5 is all profit. This you can see here: www.mycashempire.com/admin.JPG

The script alone cost me $200 and I purchased a years worth of webhosting.

Because the script is unique, can I redesign the site entirely without any problems?

 

Yes you can redesign it to your likings. The script isn't unique in the sense that nobody has the same one, but you can make it unique to look the way you want it to.

When I said unique, I meant that:

If you purchase the project-rafs script, they give you a license key, which unless it matches with the domain name in their system, will not work. Obviously it works because I purchased the license.

Either way, to answer your question again, Yes you can redesign the site.

Your license allows you to "Modify any of the template files and/or PHP files that are not encrypted".

Just looking for a quick sale. I have also done some free advertising. I will help the buyer for as long as they need me to and will do support if necessary. This site takes literally 1-2 minutes to run every day, even as it picks up. All you really have to do is give people credit for completing offers (which is made easy by the script) and answer the occasional support ticket.

Any takers? Looking for a quick, smooth transaction today, as I'm looking into purchasing premium websites from hereon out.
