Yeh there should be heaps there :| Go to get links and search around. I do not know ll that complicated bit bout refining the search but look around in ur niche and ull find something.
Most of the advertisers dont allow incentives. You need to have a separate CJ account for incentive purpose.
the way cj works is that you apply for individual merchants, and they accept you individually. the advertisers look at your sites individually.
