Incentive Based User Response?

    Hey Guys-

I've been a avid reader of this forum for the past couple months and I have learned alot of things on my journey of marketing. I'm still learning and still playing around with different ideas of marketing my sites and making a profit.

Anywho, for the first time, I have a real question that I couldn't find via searching or reading someone elses posts; this could be due to the wrong terms being used so thus being the reason I am making this post.

I am starting a website (two actually) that will allow people to purchase an item for a certain price of a dollar. I would like to allow an option B where they could simple click on the ad (such as the PS3 or IPhone ad where entering Zip Codes complete the transaction) if this is possible.

My problem is that I am not really sure what (if any) programs allow for this? I had heard MaxBounty allowed incentive based traffic (correct term?) but I also read many forums (including Shoemoney's post) about how horrible they were.

Basically my question is simple; Is it possible to offer two abilities - one being pay a dollar or to "enter your zip code" based ad and if so, which company should I look into where I can talk to a Affiliate Manager?

I am already an Adsense, Azoogle, and Valueclick Media member and none of which from what I understand allow "incentive" based traffic - is that correct?

Thanks guys and I'm sorry if this is a stupid question.
    Appreciate the help!
    -Nick

Azoogle allows incentive traffic for some offers.
