Incentive Based Ad Networks?

    Can someone please direct this newbie to some advertising websites that allow incentive based clicks, impressions, or video plays?

    Anything would be much appreciated!

    Have you looked into some of the CPA affiliate networks, there are many good ones on the web, but take in mind that not all of them allow incentive sites or have incentive offers.
