Incentive advertising networks

    I was looking into starting a 'free stuff' site and was wondering if anyone could tell me who the best ad networks were. Keep in mind that by 'best' I also mean completely legit. Not to say anyone would misuse an ad network, just reminding that the offers have to be incentive legit (and for a physical object).
