Does EBay allows you to give cash back incentives to the leads. I mean if I want to give cash back of $10 for everybody, who signs at ebay under my affiliate link, will it be allowed by ebay?
They pay incentives for the leads but you might have to explain your business plan to them. Without a valid landing page and traffic; or an incentive more consistant with their standard marketing policy, you might have trouble if they try to chargeback due to inactivity. They might notice the referrals or recognize them as unnatural. If you have a Get Paid To (GPT), Make Money Online or Cashback Shopping site it shouldn't be problem with tracking, etc. Best of luck to you!
