I guess it just shows that they are trying to find out more about your traffic and the way you will promote them as they want the best for the advertisers and that is what makes a good affiliate network, not a network that will just approve any affiliate.

I'm aware of your concerns and we will continually work together to resolve them as they arise. I know we speak regularly but I want to clarify this for those reading your posts.

The offer the tracking concern is in regards to is tracking in Real Time and we have it directly from the client. We've done several tests together and so far haven't encountered any missing conversions, nor have I received any complaints about this offer from any other affiliates promoting it.

Please be reassured our system is tracking correctly. Every network from time to time, encounters issues with certain offers whether the problem is on the client's end or their own.

Some campaigns, due to offer requirements are delayed and not Real Time. So, if an affiliate receives a confirmation email from the user but does not see this conversion reflected in their account, we immediately contact the client and credit it manually. Please be reassured, we always resolve any tracking issues and credit all missing conversions.

I'm sorry for the delay in my response. I usually contact all affiliates within 24 hours of their application registration. Although, I was away for 2 weeks on vacation for the holidays and returned only yesterday.

The questions I’ve asked in your email are very general. I don’t expect everyone to answer everything, nor with complete details. I'm only looking to gather a general idea of your marketing concept. This is important to you’re dedicated Affiliate Manager.

We have Affiliate Managers who specifically handle incentive and non- incentive Publishers, others that handle newsletter and emails Publishers. The reason being, so someone with the appropriate experience and expertise, can assist if needed with increasing your online revenue.

Our network is very focused on having personal relationships with our Publishers.
