    CPAStorm, IncentAclick and ClickBooth are good and pay by paypal.
    Some others with which I am working with good results are Offersquest, Clixgalore and Checkmystats.

    clickbooth barely pays at all.
    Or at least that's their general reputation.
    They ban even legit affiliates right before payment if they have a good month. Then dont pay em.
