Hi guys, In the next few weeks I will be formatting a company in California, I've spoken to a few local attorneys and there quoting between $2,000 and $5,000 for a corporation or LLP what I want is company name, inc an incorporated business. Hows this possible and whats an estimated cost? Thanks!
