Inbox FULL but can't delete old message

    Hi Admin
    I have problem here, there are 1,001 messages stored on my INBOX. I try to delete some message but nothing happen, my Inbox still full. I've wait for 2 hour to give database refresh their system but nothing happen, My inbox still full.

    Please help me because I have to reply some message.
