Your site's message is straightforward, and the explanation on the homepage leaves no doubt about its purpose. The header image is alright, and it appears as though there is a reasonable framework in place. The use of bold on various phrases is also helpful in presenting the purpose of the site more clearly.

It is tough to say, but I am sure that one of the other viewers will soon provide more information for you to use. Those numbers certainly do fit in reasonably with the standard ratio of participators to observers, though.

 

The site looks good the page layout, the design, and the ad placement is great.

 

Overall it has a professional look and it was easy to navigate and fast in loading.Thanks for your effort.
