    Is it a good sign ...when Bing, Yahoo and FB links into your site? Will it increase my PR rating? and increase visitors? Thank you in advance for your response.

    Really its a good sign for you website as you are getting inbound links and its very helpful in ranking. If you have enough quality inbound links, then it definitely help your website to get high PR...

    you should check your ranking in alexa ranking or in google prchecker to see if Bing, Yahoo and FB links produces a good outcome in your site.. but I think I've read one site before saying facebook links has a no-follow in it..

    About Bing and Yahoo these are search engines and about facebook links are always no follow, So you can not think about PR but you can get lots of organic traffics and according to me organic traffics is more important than site PR ranking.

    Yahoo and Bing are authority sites since they have backlinks from a lot of other websites in the world so when they link your back, it surely helps in your SERP ranking

    Its not possible to get backlinks from search engines although backlinks from FB are good for a website.
    FB is a great platform and if you are sharing something that adds value, you will definitely pull visitors and even PR.
    Google considers “quality” and “relevance” when it comes to backlinks.
