    i agree with moffey answer. you can do directory submission, article submission, press release posting, blog posting, commenting to create inbound link for your website.

    i do not know that what these inbound links worth ? i have 325 inbound link but do not know that what will happen , is it good for increasing PR or any thing else ? can any one guide me please ?

    It means you have a link of your site on some other site, preferably of your same niche. But you dont reciprocate that site link on yours. These are hard to get but are extremely valuable in link building. Reciprocal doesnot have much importance because they are dissolved within each other.
