    The easiest way in my opinion is to just search like this for your site on Google:

    link:yoursite.com

    That will pull up the incoming links to your site from 3rd party locations.

    If you want to see who is linking to your own website, then Google WebMaster Tools is the Best. However, if you want to track link building efforts of third party, you should go ahead and do a search on Yahoo!

    This will take you to siteexplorer, where you can track the links
