For example: if i link to Digg.com this is Outbound link and if i get link from digg.com this is Inbound link... Am i correct is this means in same way??
Internal links: links in your site pointing to the different pages of your site. External Links: links in your site pointing to the different site
Everything is relative to your site, so an internal link relative to your site means it points to internal pages on your site while an external link in relative to your site will point outside of your domain. Get it? Your website is the center and everything revolve around it, relatively speaking.
