Can somebody please help me out, I am fairly new to ad-words but recently i have created an ad-group with about 100 keywords all of which have good quality score (ranging from 6/10 - 10/10) but all of my keywords have been disapproved. I have used the diagnostics tool and all it says is "Inaccurate Keyword URL" and doesn't say what it is or why it is a problem. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it? thanks guys.

A few rules about display and destination URLs:

    1. The domain in your display must be the one reached after all redirects. If it doesn't match, your ads are disapproved.

    2. You can only advertise one domain per group. So if you have a group with ads going to different domains, you'll be disapproved. I think the error says something like "only one domain per group" so that's probably not your problem.

    3. Maybe you made a mistake and the URL doesn't exist (404). Never type in the destination URL, copy it directly from your browser. It's too easy to make a typo on a URL and the longer the easier it is to make.

BTW, it's not keywords that get disapproved, it's ads. Just want to be technically correct.
