Inaccurate Display URL

My ads keep getting disapproved through Google Adwords for an "inaccurate display url." The only reason I can think would be that for some reason Google is not following the redirect.

Destination url: trackingdomain.com/redirect.php
Display url: merchanturl.com

path of redirect:
1. visit trackingdomain.com/redirect.php
2. redirects to merchanturl.com/index.html

Thus, the display url should be accurate. Does anyone know why this might be happening? Is there a certain type of redirect that Google will support, and a certain type that it won't support / follow through.

 

google shows this mesaage whe u forget to provide http:// in destination url

 

if your landing page is not according to the google polices then it way suspend you site

 

last week i tried something slimier and got this error. It was working sometime ago not not working. I am sure i used http:// though. However as he suggested can you check and make sure you are including http:// ?
