In wordpress my blog title is moving with page

    Hello everyone
    I'm currently tweaking my wordpress theme and there is something i can't figure out, the title is moving with the page, if i minimise the page it centers itself and then as i scroll down the title comes with the page.

    Any ideas, have done absolute and fixed commands and yet nothing.

    sorted it out, thanks guys, i had my H1 tag set at positioning to absolute, i've changed that to relative and now it stays put.
