    How is #3 Mumbai, I have never heard of any big IT companies there.

    I dont think Mumbai is on Indian IT Map.

    I vote for Hyderabad, a happening city. You need not look back afterwards. I bet on it. It is going to be a No.1 place in India in a decade or sooner.Capitalize now, it is so cheap out there with high quality IT manpower at lesser cost to company.

    hmm mumbai lacks good amount of SEOs, things are limited here compared to other cities...but I can say, you can find quality stuff here :) (Obviously you will find it in other cities too but I just wanted to mention that mumbai is not way too behind in SEO :) )

    I have see many SEO spammers from Delhi, Gujarat etc..but there are very few spammer from Mumbai (Pleae note that, I am not pointing that all the SEOs in these places are bad, it's just that I have seen many from that place)

    But if we start top 5 rating, then I think Mumbai can take around 3rd or 4th place... :)
