In what instance does one DP member add to anothers rep?

    If you find somebody's post helpful or interesting or amusing then you can give'em green and if somebody is wrong/bugging/spammer then you can give them red.

    Its totally up to you anyways, you could even give red to somebody who was being helpful.

    And remember giving rep in general chat are does not count much, if i gave you a green for this post it would be gray and would neither add up any point nor deduct any.

    In any case, I hhave to say that I have found so much info on this forum. ANd everyone is pretty helpful, I cant believe. I have only seen one real negative thread, with a couple of guys going at it. Man, my site has improved so much over the last week. Considering it is my first one =)

    well i give green reps whenever i find some one who answers my query or contributes something which i find useful, but i never give -ve reps, havent till now :D
