I remember seeing a list on paypal that showed which countries can act as a seller and what countries can only pay with paypal but can't find back the list..
This is the funny thing , when I select for example Cape Verde , you can only send money BUT when you click on sign up , you can select "premier" account and can receive money ? Why then receive money is not displayed when you select that country ? Here you can see that Cape Verde is in the "send only" list but when you try to sign up for Cape Verde in the above link , you can select "premier" account which can act as seller ... https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside Can all countries who can act as seller , accept the same amount of money ? A seller in Cape Verde can sell as much as seller in the USA ?
I am not too sure but I guess when one registered from those countries, one would have premier account with a limited facility of 'only sending money'. Paypal would deny any incoming payment to such accounts... I guess! Regards, RightMan
Doesn't make sense since it clearly states "buy and sell online" when you sign up for a cape verde premier account..
