Is it true? Do people actually make money with adsense? In theory, so I thought, if I could make 1 dollar a day from adsense ads on my website, why not build a hundred websites. Childsplay, a monkey could do it right? Wrong. 268 websites later and I'm still trying to find the website that makes me 1 dollar a day. I guess as soon as I build one that does then all I have to do is replicate it a 1000 times perhaps Happy G
Learning to do good keyword research is key to having success in AdSense. There are many, many people out there who earn good money with AdSense and even more people who utterly fail at it. Try to learn from your mistakes, read up on the systems and visit the blogs of those who are actually successful, and maybe even try to find a mentor to help. It is certainly possible to earn $1/day from AdSense sites, although if you have built 268 sites and still haven't found one yet, you probably need to reevaluate what you are doing and how you are doing it.
Only quality site can generate good money from adsense, no point to build 1000 low quality site And, building quality site need time
All of my sites a good quality article sites with no less than 25 pages each and some with as many as 200 pages, each with a video site attached. All jam-packed full of content... HG
there are people making money off of adsense and i have made some too. I found that the most important thing is to find the right keywords for your site and to properly drive traffic to it.
If you have a lot of sites with good content then not the number of sites is your problem your traffic is. Now that you have build the sites see to it that traffic increases by advertising them. Read articles about increasing traffic. Adsense earnings are strongly tied to traffic. If you have good traffic on some/many of your sites and you still don't earn much, then your AD Placement is the problem. Test different placements, different colors, better blending until it is optimal. StarBuG
Personally, If I have a site named ducks.com then my header is ducks, my first two paragraphs contain the word ducks several times, my description has the word ducks and the top google keyword phrases for the word ducks are in my keyword metatags. somebody out there is not 'telling it as it is' methinks. I have only a few sites not making $1 a day and that's because I don't take the time to make them work, getting busy with those who already work well and the rest of the time wasting time by resting and writing in forums. Honestly $1 a day is just the very first step. At $0.1 per click you only need 10 clicks, with a CTR of 5% (that's the minimum I want) it's only 200 ad impressions. Nothing really. It doesn't matter to have lots of content on your sites, you have to know why you don't get the traffic for it. If your content is good, but written by someone else and available on countless other sites, then you have your answer. I would recommend you to take a look at my adsense tips if you have the time, and rethink what you are doing (I don't know what you are doing, but maybe you're taking it by the wrong end of the stick)
Well, there are 20 million competing sites returned about ducks, and the top three all have a PR6 or higher and thousands of backlinks, so an exact match domain and some on-site SEO is simply not going to cut it. I know you are just throwing this out as an example, but it is an example of bad keyword choice/research. There's a lot more to selecting a good keyword then getting an EMD and on-site SEO. If someone told you that was all you do, then they are not "telling it as it is" - but most people who know what they are doing would not suggest that. To start, you need to know how to properly size up your competition, and back link your sites to get them to rank well (if it is a competitive term).
"ducks" thats a tough niche you've picked there lol just kidding. I went down the route of building tons of mini sites, but found it a lot easier and more profitable with just 3 quality ones packed with content. Still go for the odd mini site sometimes if I think theres a niche to be filled, and theres the key picking the right niche. I look at my stats everyday and wonder how there can be such a difference in payment between 2 sites with the same clicks. pick wisely.
