In the last 2 or 3 days my CTR has suddenly increased. Is it Ok?

In the last 2 or 3 days my CTR has suddenly increased above my expectations. I am also using a Free Adsense Tracker "Income Logger". I got about 25 clicks in a day by the same IP Address. While in the whole day I am getting about 50-60 clicks. By finding on the internet, that IP Address was from India and was a shared IP Address. Do I need to send an email to google support about this. Can I tell google about the Adsense Tracker I am using. Please Help!
