    ok.
I am cheking that for at least 20 keyword phrases my site is at 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, or 14 position in google search.
but still I dont think I get much trafic.
for example ' gleison tibau workouts ' - I don't think this is some low quality search phrase.
I am at 5 positions for it in Google search.
    Shouldn't I get more visitors?
or people just click on the very first result?

Try to get an estimate on the search volume per month using keyword external tool. Although it's not entire accurate you will know roughly how many visitors to expect. There's a significant difference even if you are positioned between one rung above or below.

i just cheked if you search for cain velasquez bench press in google
I am the 2 nd result at the moment
and I think I didnt get even 1 hit

    hm actualy its my fault

I actualy changed the name of one category and there are probably 60 links that are indexed with the old name.
I think I must wait until google reindex everything with the new link names ... :(

what is the search volume for the keywords you are targeting?

That should give you a rough idea of what sort of traffic you should receive.

You need to actually check the volume of searches for your keywords. Also the #1 pos gets around 50% of the clicks and i think 2nd only gets around 15%

You can check your keyword using -> https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

i try to enter your keyword -> gleison tibau workouts
then choose MATCH TYPE to EXACT
the result is Not enough data

could be not much people search your keyword, so not much visitor, so not much click :)

You can base a ballpark estimate using the Google keyword tool but don't soley rely on that number as it only represents an average.

I normally don't touch a keyword unless it gets 5K searches a month or more.

the three most popular free keyword tools don't produce any searches for that term. Even if they did you'd better cross check the results as there tends to be huge discrepencies in the number of searches.

You might want to try targeting more popular fighters/methods first. Focus on those with the most search traffic and you'll start to get long tail searches helping you to narrow down which direction you choose to go.
