Anyone tried in-text advertising on their blog/website ? Infolinks is one service that publishers can use. Do you know any other similiar services for in-text ads ? Would be awesome to get some info about this, I have just now started to become interested in this and would love to get as much valuable information as possible.
I use Adbrite for inline ads on certain of my websites. It does make good money, but it looks kind of spammy.
You could also try a service called apture.oom they are a different kind of intext advertising site and the way it is done the visitor stays on your site which if you are monetizing in other ways as you should be, go have alook you will see what I mean. Regards Ron
i believe clickbank has one. not 100% sure. they will have targeted ads showing there top products in there market place.
I'm fairly sure Clickbanks Program is contextual as opposed to being in-text which is significantly different. I stand to be corrected tho. Regards Ron

Clicksor is the best one i guess ! ofcourse infolinks are not bad. The only disadvantage of in-text ads is it's very annoying !
Hello geeks4share This is David from Kontera. I wanted to address your point about in-text ads being annoying. I realize that no form of advertising will ever be 100% embraced. However, comScore, the leading internet marketing research firm recently did a study on Kontera In-Text ads and found among other things, that we’re actually one of the least disruptive ad formats. Only 33% of found Kontera ad to be “very intrusive†compared to 63% for Interstitial ads, 53% for Video ads, 40% for Rectangle ads, and 29% for Banners. If you factor in the banner blindness issue, which is that people have gotten so used to banners they dont even see them anymore becuase they ignore them, Kontera’s performance is even more impressive, as people aren’t bothered by banner ads because they flat out don’t see them. Please dont hesitate to email if you have any questions Thanks David Stein Kontera Community Manager
