In some aspects, what is the difference between a Political man and a Business man?

    In some aspects, what is the difference between a Political man and a Business man? Do you think they are the same in some ways or different?

    In my mind a business man is strictly interested in getting his/her name/product out to the masses to make a profit. The profit can be for the company, a charity, etc.. There are many types of businesses.

    A politician is someone who is interested in creating policies for those governed to live by as well as the passage of laws and/or bills that are "supposed" to improve living conditions.

    Clearly politics, the business of politics, and titans of industry often intersect to achieve specific goals that relate to those individuals/companies/governed. It can get a bit muddy in many cases.
