    Hey guys,

im new around here....and new to web development in general. But clearly the gist of this is that you guys develop websites for either quick cash or ongoing passive income streams.

My question is are there any established methodological ways to develop sites for passive income?

In other businesses, such as trading or real estate, there are established methods that can be applied over and over that will yield a pedicatble result. Does such a thing exist in web development?

No thats not what i mean.

In share trading traders monitor indicators such as moving averages, when the moving average behaves in a certian way they know when to enter and exit a position. This is an ESTABLISHED system that generally yields predicatble results.

Do such established techniques exist for web development?

The only thing close to a system in web development that ive heard of is the "build a niche content site 10-12 pages in length and sell it fo $200-300". This is taught in courses such as howtoflipwebsites.com . This is supposedly an established method that yields supposedly predictable results.

Do any such methods exist for predictably creating sites that make ongoing streams of income?
