In search of programmer to code video conferencing site

    I have a client in need of a site for Live stream video conferencing. he needs the capability to do video conferences 1-2 times per month.

    I believe there are video conferencing apps on the net currently that may be integrated into this site to make it easier on the coder, but I do not know for sure.

    Other than the video capabilities, the site will need a blog, and 3-4 other pages of basic content.
