In search of adsense safe traffic

    Where can I find traffic that's not necessarily ppc from facebook or adwords? Legit traffic, targeted in hopes to help with amazon affiliate conversions? I'd be willing to pay, but last time I tried "traffic surf" or traffic clicking, my adsense was suspended.
