Get a .com if you don't get it then go for .in as you are from India.
Don't go for .info Now a days people have negative impression on .info

What area are you targeting?

I think that .info sounds better than .in, unless of course your target area is India.

A .com is generally considered the one to go for, unless you have a specific requirement.
