Can anybody suggest me in off page-seo what are going on these days. For a new website what should be do in off page.

 

Try to get social shares. It is more important than creating backlinks nowadays.

2. Buying high PR from authority sites
3. Private blog networks that high quality

Social shares such as FB, Twitter and G+ can be done on a daily basis

Relationship building / Networking should be your daily work. If your connection is strong with niche authors, you will be building quality backlinks without much efforts.

 

It's mostly about social networks these days I guess. Write quality articles/posts and share them over social networks. If the articles are good enough you can get some backlinks in return.
