Yes, they did implement changes to help monitor this type of activity. View2.be currently provides its members with about 100-200 views per day. It's not the fastest service out there for obtaining views, but it's safer and as mentioned before, they are views from real people. Note to everyone - It is said that you should disable your Insights for the videos you are sending views to. This apparently makes it safer to avoid being banned.
