We have a software product that we need to create a video walkthrough of. So we are looking for someone to do a screen capture (or we can provide) and then you edit the video and record your voice over it. Does anyone offer anything like this or recommend anyone?

Why not post and look in the appropriate forum section? There should be heaps of people there who will respond to your request. Failing that, you might want to try some "elance" sites. Shouldn't have any problem finding someone.
Yes, stick it in the services section, and you should get a lot of replies. Even Fiverr should have plenty of gigs posted to do something like this.
