Buying In need of SEO service for local listing

    Howdy DP mates! I'm Raven and I'm in need of a SEO service for local listing.
    In few weeks time, I'll lunch my own small Web design agency and I really want it to rank top on search engines especially on Google.

    The local country that I would like to rank is on the Philippines.
    And I want to be ranked top 5 or above on the following keywords:
    -"Web design web" - Primary keyword - 33,100 local monthly searches with low competition
    -"Web design Philippines" - Secondary keyword

    Other keywords:
    -"Web design"
    -"Web design firm"
    -"Affordable web design"

    I'm on tight budget so I really need an affordable but with great results SEO service since it wouldn't be that hard ranking for that keyword locally on our country.

    Come on people..Please give me your quotes directly without making any "For more info please....".
    My site is new as I told "It will be launch".

    So for now, I want to rank on the "Web design web" keyword on www.Google.com.ph
