In need of Real Estate and Personal Finance writers

    I'm looking for individuals who can write in the Real Estate niche, and possibly Personal Finance, too. Not looking for many flipping/investing type articles, I'm more in need of guides and tips, helpful information, etc.

    If you don't know much about this niche, chances are I don't want you. I've found those who have to research to know the 'basics' can't write well about the niche. So, before you PM/reply, have a sample or snippet of an article or five you've written.

    I'm also potentially looking for personal finance writers - a little easier to write for, but still looking for quality.
