I'm looking for some software to help me in clearly diffining the various tasks that will be assigned to various free lancers for a web development project. Might there be a review site anyone knows of that compares various sollutions for this ? I am not good at delegating or definning the tasks well. The ability to plan navigation structures is secondairy but if I can find something in one package that would be a plus.
